WHO:
Designed for bi-vocational laborers, students or parents and does not cost anything except your time
Residencies with housing are for full-time workers that require you to raise support
For those being deployed to new unreached peoples or places in the USA or overseas
Must be willing to be faithful, available, teachable, and work towards reproducing what you learn
WHEN:
For example, meet weekly for 32 weeks - divided into two semesters. Each week you will have...
2 hrs Cohort Gathering to encourage and equip one another
2 hrs Harvest for entry, gospel, disciple a group or church in the harvest
2 hrs Training other Christians to do the same
WHAT:
For emerging leaders to DISCOVER their calling and gifts through communities of practice
To DEVELOP confidence and competency of biblical practices, principles, strategies and skills
Participants will be DEPLOYED through partnerships to start a multiplying group, church, or another cohort with others
